At DBCo, we’re lucky to be home to a variety of inspiring entrepreneurs, creatives, and changemakers who make our space feel more like a community than just a place to work. This month, we’re shining the spotlight on TriMotion, a boutique yoga and movement studio rooted in mindfulness, connection, and transformation.
Founded by Shani, TriMotion has quickly become a unique and beloved offering here at DBCo—bringing Saturday morning yoga sessions that are more than just a workout. They're an invitation to come home to your body, reconnect with presence, and be part of something bigger than yourself.
TriMotion is more than a fitness studio—it’s a community hub for intentional movement, inner strength, and shared human experience. Based in Cary, NC, TriMotion offers small group, private, and couples sessions that range from yoga and meditation to strength training and mobility work.
But what really sets TriMotion apart is its approach. The mission isn’t just about physical health—it’s about helping people reconnect with their bodies, cultivate calm, and build resilience that lasts.
“We serve a diverse community of people who are seeking a more personal, present, and conscious approach to wellness,” Shani shares. “TriMotion is a safe and welcoming home—a place to be, explore, and share.”
Each session is crafted to be a supportive experience where clients feel seen, grounded, and inspired to move with intention. Whether it’s your first time on the mat or your hundredth, TriMotion offers a space that’s deeply inclusive and empowering.
Shani’s personal journey to founding TriMotion started in Israel, where she spent years teaching yoga, meditation, and positive thinking. She also studied theater—a practice that deepened her awareness of emotion, presence, and expression—and became a certified fitness trainer.
“When I came to the U.S., I had a clear vision,” she says. “I wanted to open a studio that felt like home. A space rooted in presence, connection, and community.”
That vision became reality with the creation of TriMotion. Blending yoga, embodied practice, and human connection, TriMotion emerged as a space where movement is about more than posture—it’s about purpose.
Opening the studio from the ground up, in a new country and culture, was no small feat. “We didn’t have a local network or community when we started,” Shani reflects. “But every person who walked through the door became a milestone. Hearing someone say, ‘I’ve never felt like this before’ reminds us that we’re building something meaningful.”
Starting a business in a new country meant learning everything—from U.S. business regulations to marketing strategies—while adjusting to new cultural norms and operating in a second language. But for Shani and the TriMotion team, these obstacles became opportunities.
“Every challenge strengthened our creativity, resilience, and commitment to the purpose behind TriMotion,” she explains.
Staying true to their values of presence, inclusivity, and connection has guided the brand through every step of growth—and continues to shape its evolving role in the community.
When TriMotion began hosting Saturday morning yoga classes at DBCo, the partnership felt like a natural fit. The atmosphere, the people, and the shared mission of community and support aligned perfectly.
“I was drawn to DBCo for its creative energy and genuine sense of community,” Shani shares. “From the very first visit, the space felt aligned with my values of warmth, openness, and connection.”
Those early impressions have only deepened over time. Today, TriMotion’s classes are a regular fixture in the space, offering DBCo members and guests alike the chance to begin their weekends with mindfulness, movement, and community.
“Every interaction here is a reminder that this is a place where meaningful things can grow,” she says.
Being part of the DBCo community has been an important step in TriMotion’s growth and expansion. From collaborating with fellow members to connecting with new audiences through Saturday sessions, the DBCo has become more than a venue—it’s a collaborative partner.
“DBCo has expanded our reach and helped deepen our community connections,” Shani reflects. “It’s not just about renting space. It’s about the conversations, the relationships, and the shared sense of momentum.”
Whether it’s spontaneous brainstorms, support from the DBCo team, or new friendships formed in the kitchen or at events, TriMotion continues to benefit from the vibrant energy of the space.
When asked what stands out most at DBCo, Shani doesn’t hesitate: “The shared kitchen and lounge areas. They offer the perfect setting for casual connection, organic conversation, and moments of inspiration.”
These simple, shared moments are where much of the magic happens—where ideas spark, relationships grow, and the sense of community is made real.
If you’re curious about yoga, movement, breath, or building strength in a mindful and supportive way, TriMotion invites you to join them every Saturday at 9 AM at DBCo.
“Our classes are open to all levels, and everyone is welcome,” Shani says. “Whether you’re looking to explore yoga for the first time or reconnect with your practice, we’d love to meet you.”
